I have an RAC sat nav that won't locate hardly anywhere in the UK and wondered if I can upgrade as I'm a trucker and would like to find my destinations- %26amp; without coming across low bridges?|||Most sat-navs are juts computers with an OS, application software, and map data.
In theory, and often in practice, they can be updated. Whether or not they have software or map updates, depends on the manufacturer or vendor offering them for that model.
