How does one report a mapping mistake on car satellite navigation systems?

Visitors / workmen using our lane, which is one way, are being misdirected to an 'exit only' entrance by their sat navs. Whose responsibilty is it ? Local Authority, Highways Dept , Sat Nav producers or Ordnance Survey . Whose data is the definitive one. How can we report it? Even our own sends us to the wrong entrance!|||*go back to the place your bough the devise from and have a word with them.other wise there should have been leaflet with the devise when you bought it.contact the supplier or go on line and contact the maker.good luck.
