Is it possible to upgrade my ipaq to Windows Mobile 2007?

I have an hp IPAQ h1940 running windows CE 4.20. I want to get some satellite navigation software to run on it, but I have read somewherethat in order to get the latest stuff I need to run the latest operating system.|||Windows mobile 2005 is the latest and i don't think you can upgrade like a pc. Pretty sure you should be able to get sat nav stuff for windows CE somewhere|||Jesus is the answer
