There is no Voice Activation and it doesn't have a Cellular antenna.|||This applies to 2001-2004 Lexus RX300 models. These year Lexus have voice recognition software that enable to you update the software by your voice. Turn the car into the ON position, wait 3 seconds, and speak directly into your dash "Update Navigation System". If you said it in the way your vehicle will accept it, then it'll respond "Updating Navigation System" in a female British voice. It uses cellular data to update the software via the "under-the-hood" antenna. If it doesn't work, you'll need to stand outside your car, and speak directly into the front of the hood (the sensor is actually halfway between the hood and the firewall).
