How can I affordably and reliably access the interet from a container ship?

The ship sails across the Pacific and officers and crew have no access to the satellite(used for navigation only) . Is there some device I can buy or rent? Pls be specific and detailed in your replies.|||I think you're out of luck...And the ships navagation woiuld have nothing to do with the internet ! If you're out in the ocean, the only thing that MIGHT work would be a dish antenna. Of course then the ship can't be moving. Sorry, I think it's something that can't be done.|||there is no cheap way to go about this
