Can you get satellite navigation on a 2010 or 2011 Ford Mustang convertible?

If so, how much extra does it cost and is it any good?|||It looks wonderful in the car. It comes as part of an electronics or entertainment package, which I believe costs around $2000 in total. You can get the exact price by going to the Ford website and configuring a Mustang, and you can easily see the prices of all the options.
